Thank you for your support! We now have 114 flats signed up. We also managed to get a reduced fee from the barrister saving £720 (incl VAT)!

Total costs are:
- Barrister opinion (£3,000 + VAT) = £3,600
- Valuation of 19 Rothbury Road (£500 + VAT) = £600

This comes to £37 per flat. We need to receive all the funds before we can proceed.
